On August 4th, 2022, the Canadian High Commissioner to Cameroon, His Excellency, Richard Bale, visited Akonolinga health district which is one of the BornFyne-PNMS project sites in Cameroon. BornFyne PNMS is an innovative digital health application sponsored by Grand Challenge Canada and implemented by the University of Ottawa in collaboration with Denis and Lenora Foundation, Donwel Systems and CIRES. During the occasion, the High Commissioner witnessed how the application works. He also interacted with pregnant women enrolled in the project.
